There are only three scores that I beat, but they're all by a pretty good margin...

Complex LV09 = 59,734
Complex LV10 = 73,124
Complex LV12 = 66,004

[nitpick]
falkon2, there are easily more than 100 ways to get 7776 on c1.
[/nitpick]
Though I don't doubt that these are just more than 100 ways of getting breaking bridges - hey, most of them break before the train has even started ;)

Cable compression? I guess it's illegal (really, not just because it's YOUR bridge)...
BTW, how did you manage to compress cables in a useful fashion?

b: Are you sure those scores are for "Hard" difficulty?

Edit: c4 - 10912 =P Talk about a narrow margin! 6 bucks is barely enough to buy me some McD's =)

Yes yes yes ... All on hard, no breaks, TT'able so to speak...  I've got a version of Complex LV9 that costs 59,234 with no breaks until it magically collapses about a minute after the train goes over :D

I also just got Complex LV3 at อ,902

OK so lets confirm a few things. these records are:

1) No Broken Links
2)No Train Timing
3) Multiple Passes (or as the level defines)

VRBones,
Your c09, are you "droping" your bridge from above, or using the anchor to support it?
Supported. In fact I didn't know what the fuss was about as my quick bridge had only 4 broken links. Took 2 goes to get it with none, then was planning on sitting back and seeing if anyone bit before optimising the #### out of it ;)

Hi, how's everyone doing? :)
I originally thought i had a new record for c01, but falkon pointed out that it breaks sometimes ... but not everytime... ran it twice earlier, no breaks. :-|

2 segments of track with light steel "studs"s at the Joint...

The left segment is flat, 8 HD units long, the second goes down to the anchor, 8 Units long 4 units down.  The studs at the joint go horizontal to the right, 4 HD units long (no cross bar)

I've tested several times with 0 Delay and no broken links.

I just emailed you a copy if the description isn't clear

Snowkid: Trust me on this.. there are only four possible combinations that will give you 7776 and I can get all of them to break. This means the record stays at 7806, unless CL uses the contest rules for record (settling time), in which case I get the 7776 record anyway =)

Keep trying for the other levels, though.. Everyone's been busy with the contest and many of these records aren't the lowest they can go just yet.

Sorry, I am a newbie. I just found out and my prevous post was just wishfull thinking and writing.
Thought I got all records on 7 levels, but then I found out about the hard difficulty setting in the options menu.
Well, I thought I was a master bridge builder and it was fun while it lasted. My bridge designs at medium difficulty are falling apart at hard :-(  Live and learn.

I have to withdraw my c07 record because it has come to my attention that the bridge relies on cable compression. So I'd say that right now, the spot is free to take.

Why I bother even trying is beyond me. I couldn't beat any of the level scores you listed (yet), but here are my records for my other levels w/ no broken links on hard:
c03: 36408

If we are going to allow broken links for some of the "uglier" levels let me know and then I have some more additions. :)

I have to withdraw both my c12 and c14 records scores, they broke links on a few timings that I hadn't found before. New scores are:

c12 - 53704
c14 - 87972

I've tested both on lots of different timings for at least 20 runs each, but even so I can't be sure they're gonna hold up for every single timing :-(

I've started a thread about this kinda thing in General Discussion.

ANY bridge on that level has to be a drop bridge, pretty much... and there are others in the lists that have wet trains. It just happens to be both at once!

(ok, so it's an almost completely submerged train... lol)
