i mean not to build it upwards and downwards i also want to build the deck not just left and right i want to build it towards me!! thats what i mean

you are allowed to build the deck in all directions so you can build towers and drive up there with the HUD
or parking-houses and things like that!!! So if anybody of the developer team reads this :PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND MAKE A PATCH FOR THIS !!!!!

You can only tilt deck sideways, not towards you; and that is also the direction the deck steel has to go.
