The Gish OSX v1.21 has been released.  This patch fixes the crashing problem on OSX dual processor machines caused by the music.  Special thanks to Woody for all his work on finding this OpenAL problem and fixing it.  Only download this patch if you have the OSX version of Gish v1.2.

Yes, it can be pretty slow at times from here. Its never quick.

I was only asking about Triptych as you said it is working, i am not hassling you anymore - I am very impressed you have got BCS and Gish out on the mac.

Do I win a free game because I am the first to find this forum, this message and the patch?

Seriously, is this forum supposed for everyone to put CL news in?

Yeah it only took us about 2  years :)  I want to get Triptych out but I have not had time to look at the bug much.  To busy with other stuff.

You can reply to threads here, but only mods/admins can start one.

Unfortunatly there is never enough time for things. As long as you can get it out on the Mac before MS get longhorn out on the PC you will be doing fine :-)

Looks exactly the same when you can or can't, so I thought that you could start new threads here. Now I have clicked on it I know you can't.

I tried to reply to this topic and I didn't have permission :)  I have it fixed now though.  You are all right, this area of the forum will reflect the news from our front page.  I am thinking of tying the front page into this news forum were we can provide more information and people can comment on it.  Only Chronic Logic will be able to start new news threads, but all members can reply.

Heheh - time to check your setup then!

It would probably be a good idea to link this as current news from the front page. It would stop you having to put the same information in different places (and encourage more people to the forums).

You could have another one for current projects (nice to see you are almost ready to port gish to the mac!) ;)

Actually I notice from the current projects that in june you had triptych working on OSX, so where is it?

I was actually looking at the current projects today and thinking about updating them.  I just don't have enough time right now.  Triptych is working on OSX but we have created a strange bug on the OSX version that I have not figured out yet.

I think linking the news and other items from the front page to the forums is a good idea, I just hate how slow the forum loads.  I don't know why, but it never loads very fast for me.

I know what you mean. Strange bugs you can't even figure out after staring for three hours, but are fixed in seconds once you know the problem are really annoying!

The actual data rate of pontifex2.com is OK, it just responds way too late, or sometimes not at all.
