Title: garbled textures in custom levels
Post by: mattness on December 22, 2004, 08:24:22 PM
I just created my first custom gish level (a sumo level).  Unfotunately, when I load the level, all of the tile textures come in garbled.  The level is still playable, (and fun) but whenever I save a level, it seems to load with garbled textures.  I am running the mac version of gish.

The level is posted here for those who want to see the problem/try the level:

Also, I had a question about ropes.  If you have a horizontil rope in your level, when you start the level, it falls down and takes awhile to settle into a rest position.  I haven't noticed that in the actual game, and I was wondering if there was a way to make the level start with the ropes already at rest position.

I don't know what you meen with the ropes but it sounds like you just need to have them vertical not horizontal. and that tile thing happens to me to it goes all bright and see through anyway i'm sure chronic logic fix it in there next uddate:p

I could always fix the garbled textures by reloading the level (F9 F7 while it's open). Ropes can't start in a rest position.

Will this ever be fixed?
