...and a way to play as different characters.

What you can do is make an enemy the 'first' object by selecting it and pressing the home key... this way the camera follows the enemy. I think you can also see its health this way... not sure though.
Not really playing as another character, but it's close http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I wonder how that would work!

It wouldn't :|

The object generator only makes round objects that disappear after a while, if I recall.
The texture used on the generator (changed with [ and ]) will also be the texture on the generated objects. Same goes for the mass.

I believe that's all you can change.

Kingdom Elemental features:
   * A gaint, flaming bear.

Awesome! http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

The screenshots seem to remind me of World of Warcraft a bit (not that I play it - my sister does).

Hah, finally got that god mode (took me dozens of tries to get there because of the stupid swinging platform... good thing I cheated by having an unlimited amount of lives).
Strangely enough the thing I like most about it is the way Gish looks - with the background behind him being distorted a bit.

Excellent new feature CL... you've managed to impress me once again http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
Though I agree that it would be easier to have a cheat or something to enable it.

Gish Editor / Rube Goldberg devices

You know those Rube Goldberg devices, with a large chain reaction just for completing a simple task?
Well, I thought I'd make one in Gish http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

It's pretty short, but I had fun making it. Now working on another one http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Feel free to post any comments or your own devices here http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

As for a new move maybe the ability to inflate making you float a bit or have a smaller gravitational pull like a balloon. However it is easier for you to get hurt this way.

Hey, that's not a bad idea, I like it http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I don't think Gish 2 was ever announced or even mentioned... it would be really cool though http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
I can already think of thousands of cool features for that game (number one on my list would be a dynamic water engine ;).

There's a big shortcut in... I think it was 1-4.
Before the level starts, hold Heavy, Slide and left... then you should go through the passage right before the door closes. You'll fall down a long way and you'll end up in one of the Egypt levels http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Not entirely sure if it was level 1-4, I'll have to check that sometime.

General Discussion / What do you like most about Gish?
November 04, 2005, 04:49:03 PM
I love Gish because it's a unique game with a great physics engine.

...now if only it would have a dynamic water engine. Yeah, then I'd totally love the game.

General Discussion / Which version is the German release?
November 04, 2005, 04:44:03 PM
I think you can see the version on the bottom-left or bottom-right corner in the main menu... I could be wrong though.
EDIT: D'oh! When I posted the above I hadn't read that you already saw the version number in the main menu >_>
