Beta Testing / Level Difficulty

Easy seems pretty easy up until I get to the giant flaming bear.
Normal seems pretty challenging.

Will post more later.

To go along similar with Inoll's idea, which could be a solution to the difficulty I mentioned:

With each character you place on the map, a small hud could be placed on the right (or bottom) side of your screen that is representative of that character. To select a character, you can either click on them, or click on their avatar on the hud. The hud could flash very faintly while attacking and things of that sort.

I think having that hud would allow for quicker movement and an easier means of selecting characters to use their spells. Also perhaps having the spells linked to hotkeys. Either a general hotkey for each spell slot a character has when they're selected (Eg: all characters have 3 spells, so 1 could be activate spell 1, 2 spell 2, and 3 spell 3 for that selected character).

Another question- Does the mouse icon change when you move it over an enemy? Though a small thing, having the mouse icon change from a kind of general "move" command to an "attack" command when over an enemy unit could also reduce the number of mis-clicks.

One thing that irritated me in part was the unit selection.

I found that often times when a 'brawl' is going on (or where a number of units are all close together) that it is difficult to select just one of those units so I can use his spells. It seems that when I try, I often end up telling a unit to move by accident. This tensd to mess up my strategy. This could just be the case for me, too, as I enjoy trying to win it all in real time (without pausing). With that, I'd be curious to know just how many people use the pause. If people do, perhaps a real-time bonus could be given (or perhaps something along the opposite if you want to encourage pauses).

I'd be curious if anyone has had similar issue with the units and mis-clicking ending with a move instead. I have a few ideas on how to solve this.
