Gish Editor / Rube Goldberg devices
February 23, 2006, 05:16:38 PM
You know those Rube Goldberg devices, with a large chain reaction just for completing a simple task?
Well, I thought I'd make one in Gish http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

It's pretty short, but I had fun making it. Now working on another one http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Feel free to post any comments or your own devices here http://pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

BCS General / I bought BCS!
August 21, 2005, 11:38:43 AM
I bought Bridge Construction Set two days ago, and I love it http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':laugh:'>
So far I'm at Complex... 5, I think*. Also had a lot of fun with the level editor (making non-bridge constructions) http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
Yeah, uh.. I just wanted to say that.

* Okay, a few times I looked up the solution on the internet http://67.15.141.32/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':;):'>

Also, Chronic Logic... is there any chance that program to import custom objects into BCS is released soon? I've read some things about it but it doesn't seem to be done yet...

Woo, I just got my new computer today http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
So I decided to take a look if one of my favourite games would work on it, and it does! http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':laugh:'>
But in 800x600 the game is a bit slow (not a very fast PC, y'see), so I wanted to change the resolution to 640x480, but when I clicked Apply, the game crashed!
So... is there a way to fix this, or a way to change the resolution without the game itself opened?
