This system is specifically designed to avoid the problem of discouraging newbies.  ELO systems are only good for the hardcore players that play lots of games consistently.  Don't know what you mean by decaying, this rating would start you at the bottom and only move you up visually, your rank would be determined through consistant play.

TrueSkill was developed for Halo 2, it eventually was opened up for all games that wanted to use it on the 360.  It is very similar to glicko-2 and ranks according to u-o*2 so that you can never go down from where you started unlike in elo (only visually, behind the scenes it works to do whatever it can to rank properly)

Rank people based on their u-(o*2) or something similar like xbox live does.  Because o decreases over time, people will move up even if they play an average number of games.  This also means you are not punished for playing your first game, and you don't screw other people's ratings up when you play your first few games (lets be honest, you are not going to be 1000 elo when you play your first game, you are going to be a lot less.  you reward those that play noobs, and punish noobs for trying.)

It is quite easy to impliment and should fix all the problems without having to create special cases (people with no games don't show up)  Thanks for asking your fans how to improve your game!

Not sure if bug, but knights now respawn dismounted.  I've noticed that the draco now respawns units with their relics and other buffs now too, not sure if this is working as intended.  (seems odd  though, because units respawn with full hp, and the horse is a sort of hp for knights)

Conspirator doesn't refresh actions of a diabloist that sacrifices a unit.

Doesn't refresh actions, effect just switches to your unit after they die.

I propose the Spirit either drop in power by 1, or that it be immune to ally spells, and immune to enemy dmg but not immune to enemy spells/skills.  You should be able to at least banish a spirit, though I do not believe you should be able to kill them.  Giving them really high hp wouldn't solve this because of catapults and such.

i really dislike the fact that it only works on melee units.  I don't see how a  sergeant + bounty hunter shouldn't work when a sergeant + warrior does!  It's not fair   :(

same thing to mimic?  mimic is worthless next to changling as the enemy loses a unit as well as you gaining 1 (twice the unit difference) 
I personally like the wizard's flight, and don't see the unit swap happening very much.  It would be nice to see the wizard get a different ability altogether

hatching time from 3 to 2 OR actions from 1 to 2.  If you make both changes it would be overpowered, but making one of em would be fair i think

Changeling - remove immortality after change, it justs get annoying after a short while having to constantly change back for units

Longbowman - sure it has infinite range when it has a spotter, but at that cost and the fact that it's usefulness varies ALOT depending on it's target it should have +1 power

General - it gives the bonuses of both quartermaster and tac, I understand that, then PLEASE tell me why the quartermaster also heals AND have 4 power costs less? give the General +1 power and he's perfect, remove 1 movement if u abolutely need to debuff something to add it as it is now most people go for command post that gives the same bonus at less price, and can give X commands when needed

Artificer - Need a defesive ability as it is now it is practically helpless, and not even close to units like wizard or enchanter, add recharge on inorging if you have to just get it a defensive ability

Spirit - the fact that it's indestructable is bad enough but to give it 3 power? common - 1 power  or +1 armor to all structures this guy is a major problem for armies that work around structures like barracks or armoury and should be nerfed



towers - agreed

Barracks - agreed they need to be buffed.  2 actions or 100 points

Arch Angel - inability to capture castle would be fine, it is supposed to be mostly support anyway.  i would really hope it can't die from wyvern though considering it is supposed to be immortal

Channeler - they suck up a lot of commands for all that power.  sure a warlock is comparable, but those extra points are getting used in command, and then your base is more congested.  they are underused if anything....

Shield Maiden - agreed, shield maiden should take the poison.  If you get hit by a poison arrow why does the arrow hurt the maiden but the poison on the tip of the arrow poisons the other unit?

Changeling - Agreed, you would have to protect your changling better.  Would keep it more interesting

Longbowman - 4 power would balance this unit perfectly.

Artificer - Agreed, but only a very weak attack.  It would be nice to have some sort of attack, even if it was 2 range 3 power or something

Spirit - Agreed, 1 possibly 2 power.  Very annoying unit to have on the battlefield, ruins the fun of the game if they have all that power.  Mostly needs to be dropped below 3 so that it cannot pierce heavy armor.  I am not a fan of this unit at all, but if it must stay, lower the damage

Cool i don't have to start a new thread for this.  This would make coop way more fun.  Too much work to use text chat to try to describe which unit exactly needs to do what.  If you could draw on the screen you could even write in so you could circle your partner's healer and draw an arrow to your 10/43 dracolich and save him instead of getting killed for no reason and losing the game...  I mean, for example.

have to say that towers have become almost completely useless now that they are 150 and the additional changes that were made.  i used to use em fairly often if i had a ranged deck that needed to defend itself from magic as they were a cheap viable inorganic but i think increasing their price ended that for me.  I actually have nothing against the towers being 150 if they did more damage. 

I suggest increasing the power to 4

maybe artificer skill should be changed so that it doesn't work on undead, i think it would help balance this out
