LoTekk:  You are correct, bridge it does not allow multiply plane editing, it does have raised deck, and crossbeam toggle options though.

Dreadnough:  Thank you, we have however gotten complaints about the FAQ now as well.  I guess some people do not noticed that its a joke, and its supposed to be funny.  Its meant to take the edge off the issue and put it in perspective a bit, not to offend anyone.

How much memory do you have?  Please post your complete system specs.  The demo should not run that slow on your system.  There are not thin beams in the full version.

LoTekk: The BCS demo is actually about 4MB http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> the full game is 11 MB.  The full version has parts of Complex mode built in, it is a bit more limited then BCS though.

Caprice: You can read about this in our http://www.chroniclogic.com/bridgeitfaq.htm" target="_blank">Bridge It FAQ

Yes there is a cheat for a free build mode, but you will have to find it.

The levels are much much more detailed now, so there is not an easy way to make custom ones.  They would have to be created in 3ds.  This and the cost/time constraints on making the game is why custom levels were not included.

General Discussion / Level editing

Bridge It does not include a level editor like BCS.  The complexity of the terrain would make it much more difficult to implement.

There is not a tool for editing anchor points, props, or the width of the river in Bridge It.

Hardware Configuration
------------------------------------------------
A number of settings from Pontifex II can be changed with the Hardware Configuration.  The Hardware Configuration is run from the Start menu->programs->Pontifex II->Hardware Configuration.

Hardware Configuration Options:

Resolution

click on the resolution you wish to run Pontifex II in.  Higher resolutions will look better, but run slower.  Some monitors/video cards may not be able to run the highest resolutions.

Fullscreen

Clicking fullscreen will toggle if you want to run Pontifex II full screen.  If you have selected a resolution that is greater then your desktop resolution make sure you also select fullscreen, or you will not be able to see part of the Pontifex II screen.

Mouse Unlocked

Clicking this Option will toggle if your mouse curser can leave the Pontifex II window.  This only effects Pontifex II while not running in full screen.  If the Mouse Unlocked is highlighted you will be able to move your mouse off the Pontifex II window, but you will not be able to use the Pontifex II controls based on moving  your mouse to the edge of the Pontifex II window.

Sound

This Option toggles sound on or off in Pontifex II.  If you are having problems with Pontifex II crashing, try turning the sound off and see if it helps.

Interface

This Option toggles the Backgrounds, and Title screen for Pontifex II.  When off Pontifex II will use a little less memory, but wont look as nice.

Text Color

Use this to change the color of the text in Pontifex II.  By sliding the 3 color bars you can adjust the text color to whatever you like.

Low Texture Detail

Toggling this will make Pontifex II use only small textures.  This will decrease the graphics quality of Pontifex II.  If you have problems with textures not showing (Voodoo 3) toggle this on. This will also greatly decrease the amount of memory and video memory that Pontifex II uses

That is correct, when the terrain in unlevel areas of the road will not show correctly.
