Thanks for the feedback, those are all good points.  I will let you know if there is a chance of an update to address some of these points.

Is it City level 12 you are having trouble with?

Have you tried using the level editor to create a level for this?  I don't see why not

We are aware of some of the problems with the world records and changes are being made to correct them.  Hopefully they will be a little more realistic soon

Solution: 
Run BridgeIt.exe as an administrator and enter your keycode when prompted.  You should now be able to run normally and not have to enter your keycode again.

Can you be more specific?  You want to replace current tiles with custom ones?  Or just switch current tiles with other ones already available?  Try doing a search for "Tiles", there are lots of results:

The reason the phase 5 is not starting is because you have a breakjoint which is not connecting two parts of the bridge.  For that bridge you dont need a breakjoint.  Just remove it and it and phase 5 will start.

Check the bridgeitoptions.txt file and make sure the resolution is not set to something your screen does not support (1600x1200 wont work on most wide screen monitors because they do not support the vertical resolution).  Follow these instruction to edit your settings file so the game will start again:
