If there is any 1 unit that is going to make me quit playing the game, it's got to be magus.  The fact that NOTHING in the game can stop it once it's going makes it unfun.  

Suggested Tweeks to Magus:
Costs: $300, has power 2 (not 3).

I can't stress how crucial power 2 vs 3 is.  The magus should not be able to kill structures and other 2 armor units. That is just rediculous.

Zatikon has Single and Coop player modes for new players.  When a player becomes seasoned they move on into the Random player mode typically.  But, what is almost always avoided is Constructed.  

Why do so few people, if at all any, play constructed?  There are too many powerful units out there that completely make playing this mode pointless and unfun. And if the game is only about playing 1 of those 3-4 decks, how fun is that? The 3-4 Decks that spoil this game:

#1 Sergeant-Scouts.
#2 Wizard with tuns of $50 units or just warlock
#4 Any combo decks with Changlings

So game designers, the bottomline is this:  if you want balance in the game, it SHOULD = any deck a ranked player makes, sthere should be a demo deck that should be able to give that deck a match.   If no demo deck can beat a certain type of ranked deck there, players will leave complaining.

PS - I'm happy to hear the designers will most likely resolve most of these problems.

PPS - I would also be more intruiged to see a new game mode happen vs try to perfect constructed. (2v2 mode comes to mind)

#1.   Mimic/skinwalker.  If Mimic mimics a templar, then turns industructable, that same piece on the board becomes 2 pieces.

#2. Doppleganger.  DOPPLEGANGER BECOMES UNIT IT ATTACKS!!!! it says no where on the description it does this.  To make matters worse, it then gets free movements of the unit it becomes.  What a cheat.

Ok, so I'm on level 100+ of the computer AI, and to me it seems next to impossable to defeat the computer without any of the 3 main cards:

- Priest
- Dracolith
- Changling

I've tried almost everything and sure you might get lucky every other game or the only other option is playing a 2-3 hour game against the AI (not fun).  Can anyone else ring in here, this seems really lame and unfair.

I like the AI, dont get me wrong, but single player mode SHOULD NOT be treated like it is in COOP mode.  It's just not fun playing single player mode! please fix something http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

This wondderful piece has been ruined by the 2x sergeant - 10+ Scout deck which is virtually impossable to defeat unless you know it's coming.  Hands down this is the #1 cheesiest deck out there.

CHANGE SUGGESTIONS:
- 2 ACTIONS, all units move once for free.  (costs 1-2 actions to rally again)

or

- Everything the same, but no piece can attack when rallying.

The idea of this thread is to come up with mirror 1000pt armies for players to fight 1v1 in constructed.  The idea is to hone player skills.  It's also fun to play the following version/deck bellow because it avoids cheesy units and focuses this "mode" more like a zatikon-chess, something I'm sure the game creators had in mind.   So, without further adieu, Garcia1000 and I introduce:

TACTICAL CHESS MODE
Both opponents will create the same 1000 pt deck listed deck below. (game played in constructed mode)

- 1 General
- 1 Tactician
- 1 Calvary
- 1 Rider
- 2 Footmen
- 1 Pikeman
- 1 Bowman
- 1 Ballista
- 1 Bezerker
- 1 Scout
- 1 Ranger

I'm sure there are plenty of ideas already in the works and overwhelming, but I just wanted to recap on a few clear ideas I would like to see occur to help expand options.

#1 IMMUNE UNITS.
More units immune to all affects like ballista/catapult/golem.  It's just really fun to have just plane jane units that aren't affected by all the crazyiness.

UNIT 1a - A $50-$100 soldier like unit immune to special affects.

UNIT 1b - A structure that summons something that is immune to special affects.

#2 FREE UNITS.
I don't mind if there is a cost to deploy a unit, but I really would like to see more free action units like the Ranger.

UNIT 2A - A $50 unit.  Power:2 Armor: 0. 1-2 to deploy. 3 actions.  Can ONLY poison a unit, does NOT unsummon. (actions dont cost anything)

UNIT 2B - THE RUNNER - 4 actions (actions dont cost anything), but can only attack once.  You fill in what details you want.

UNIT 2C - THE COWARD - 4-5 actions, can't attack.

Zatikon is aaaaaaamazing, but there is one thing that is crucial that Zatikon needs above all else.  And i'm sure it's in the works but please..please:

Let it be possable to challenge an opponent to a gametype!  It's utterly annoying having people steal your games when your trying to play someone.

WISH LIST:
1. Ability to challenge someone to a particular game type (this way no one can accidentally take challenges up)
1. 2v2 Cooperative+Competitive Mode.
3. 4 Player..everyone for them self mode?
4. More FREE action moving units..
5. More things to buy my gold with!!!!

I'm sure we all want to see a 2v2 coop mode here, but let me  comment on what I've seen so far from players in the game.

Single player is a really format for people to start to get into the game.  There really is way too much to learn in Zatikon and despite I think it needs more ways to help new players learn more, this is a great start.

Cooperative.  I must say that almost all my games account for Cooperative.  Cooperative mode is really one of the true gems why I keep playing this game, cause it lets players not be upset at losing a game because it's only to an ai.  Very low frustration and a great way to learn how to see units working correctly from an ally.

Constructed.  This is the place to be once you got a handle on the game and want to show off your 'rated account'.   But, I think more then anything else, this category really hurts most players.  I almost don't even want to see demo accounts allowed to use this option so newbie hunters don't take advantage.  But, it's not even about winning/losing so much as it is about being completely pawned on when your new to the game.   Keep in mind, most people probablly don't even have a grasp on the game let alone just to "click" Constructed and get ripped apart.  Or even, try playing for a month or so and think you got a handle on how to move & attack and you are going to get ripped apart by a vet.

Point being here, Constructed overall, I believe is currently harming the community vs. helping it.  Again, my two options to revise this category are:

(1) Disable 'Constructed' button to DEMO accounts. or
(2) Make 'Constructed' games for DEMO accounts be unrated.

This leaves me my last category:

Random.  I really love this format aside of the  clear unbiases that happen in army selections.  This is a great place for players of all skill levels come together, learn some new tricks or just hone your skills.

Overpowerful for $200. Let me say, I really appreciate having a unit move for free and want to see more units that move for free.  But moving  & attacking for free for 3 spaces is way way too much.

Recommended Changes:
(A) $250 unit (currently $200)
(B) Can only attack 2x per turn. Can move 3x.
© Can only move 2x per turn, but attack 3x?
(D) Needs to be 2-3 to deploy.

Ok for $150, they are too powerful.  2x attacks, 1 armor.  how are you supposed to kill these things. A rider with 2x attacks can't even kill it and nothing else can get in range.

Mounted Horseback changes
A) It costs $200 (currently $150)
B) Remove the 1 armor
C) Remove 1 power.

I really don't want to see C happen..but something is needed.

Surrender Button - To be permanently placed so you can concede on AI or opponent's turn.  This is also very crucial because opponent can leave and your stranded in game.

Unit text simplification -
1 -Units that have 2 attacks but don't clearly say they have 2 attacks.
2 -1/1 movement wording is confusing (wizard)
