Ahh... Praise!! Thank You. Will you give me more hints?

Please?

I am not good enough to get Roy Sawyers combos, so I can't see them the fair way! http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

to enable no grav mode:
1. click on the dot of the i
2. click on the square below the intersection of the T
3. click on the uppermost right square of the y
4. click on the lowermost square of the p
5. if this is done corectly, you will hear a noise and a confirmation message will appear.
Now the blocks will not drop on thier own.
Can't seem to find anymore secrets yet. You try and keep me posted!!

General Discussion / Combos??

Perhaps I am missing an obvious explantion, but I can't seem to figure out what the combos are about. I assume they are the # of blocks you energize, but the only ones I have ever had are "good combos". Am I overlooking something or do I just stink that much at this excellent game?

CL gets more of my hard earned cash! But what am I complaining for?! It's far less then the cost of a round of golf and I will spend more time with it for sure http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>. I hope there are more secrets in Triptych like there were in Pontifex, I really enjoy those. Keep up the good work.

If you guys get the newest version of pontifex, you'll have 16 brand spankin new levels to try, but be warned, they seem to be harder than the original ones.

New Levels / IMPORTANT: Level Designers
October 26, 2001, 09:44:19 PM
I understand, each of the 32 slots will have a type of texture assigned to it:
(ex. 05 = grass type, 32 = lunar moon surface http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>). whenever someone wants to make thier own textures, they would place it in the one closest to the description. I would still like to see a "master texture pack" that has 32 of the best textures in one place, this would give "amature" level designers one pack of really good and diverse textures to work with.
Someone might wan't to come up with a text file that lists how this system might work and get CL (if they want) to host it on the member site, so everyone will have a copy of the "guidlines" for texture packs. Good suggestions, both of you, and sorry for all the quotes. http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

The textures realy beautify the game. Keep 'em! Your levels are so much more visually appealing because of them.

New Levels / Newbie Question.....
October 27, 2001, 01:03:37 AM
Here goes my best description of all the folders:
*Bridge - The saved copies of all your bridges, accessable through the load bridge option in on the title screen. When you download a copy of someone's bridge that has already been finished, put it in this directory.
*Font - The Fonts that PFX uses.
*Gamelvl - The level files for the normal & complex levels that came w/ the game.
*Level - Levels that you have downloaded go here, accessable through the load level option on the title screen. This includes the contest levels.
*Model - Contains the wireframe models of the train and cars that follow it.
*Screen - Screenshots you take with the F8 key are stored here as .bmp files.
*Texture -  The texture files for the game are stored here, including ground and the train.
*Wav - The sound effects.
About your file-type mismatches, are you using bridges you downloaded for bridge builder? They will not work with Pontifex.
I hope this helps to answer your questions, if you have any more, don't hesitate to ask. http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
