This wondderful piece has been ruined by the 2x sergeant - 10+ Scout deck which is virtually impossable to defeat unless you know it's coming.  Hands down this is the #1 cheesiest deck out there.

CHANGE SUGGESTIONS:
- 2 ACTIONS, all units move once for free.  (costs 1-2 actions to rally again)

or

- Everything the same, but no piece can attack when rallying.

Yeah, it might be better for the sergeant to be 100 instead of 50. It is a really nice  piece to have if you are using mages.

On 2nd thought, I don't even want them to be $100.  They offer too many unbiased random armies. As in, if 1 person gets a serg, they are hugely favored.
