That doesnt sound unbalanced for me. Sould have fair and strategical. But we can shedule a game to test it better.

Fiffers

Diplomat, Conjurer, Hydra-Sergant-Mourner combo, Angel with tons of scouts, Changeling. In playing with people regularly these are the ones we usually say are banned before we start.

Others I find that ruin my fun are Mimics and Sycophants.

Fixes:
- you should only be allowed a max of 4 of any one unit.
- Sergent should be usable with Hydra
- reduce shape shifters range
- increase sycophants cost to 100

Yes, all these units are bad. Changeling is ok for me, now that it have range 5.
Maximum of 4 any unit? Why? This will not help the angel / scout thing, the problem is the aegis not the scout limit.

when it comes to aegis id be ok with it if it did not affect units with dodge/parry

Zatikon will be a bad game when the units start to have lots of exceptions. This would unbalance even more the angel.

In ANY game with dealt hands there will be imbalances.

There is no perfect game where EVERY hand is balanced.

Complexity arises from simple rules, and makes a game interesting.

Exceptions destroy the complexity, and make it not-a-game. 

Just face it – UNITS WILL NEVER BE PERFECT – but they are pretty close, so the focus should be on building audience for the game.

only way to make it balanced would be mirror matchups, only then would it come down to 100% strategy
