I ordered Pontifex through chroniclogic.com expecting to get Pontifex 2...so I go to the members site, and it tells me i need to buy pontifex 2 now?
Do I have to spend the additional 15 dollars to get Pontifex 2?

You ordered part 1 and expected part 2? How come? 
Buying Pontifex I doesn't give you Pontifex II for free, it just lets you get it cheaper.
