sorry, I didn't really get it. Not much of a structure to it, and you can survive by just holding down heavy.

Download it here: SurvivalGishLvl.zip
Special thanks to Jonathan_NL for the idea of using pistons in interesting ways (though I couldn't get the exact piston-block combination he mentioned to work).
Got to the exit, with a tiny lamp INSIDE Gish.
I recommend you to zip just the file, not the whole file structure. Zipping the whole structure is a bit bigger and doesn't work on a non-Windows system (or non-default location), so someone has to follow the whole structure to drag the level over. And readmes telling me where to uncompress which are inside the compressed file (i.e. already uncompressed when you read them) aren't really helping.
"I'm allright" (noticed it's a link?)
I think the level is a bit limiting: there's one exact path, and if you don't follow it exactly (almost impossible) you can't finish the level.
Edit: How about this?
Thanks, I didn't notice that the file structure was included. Fixed.
The point of the level isn't really to beat it; it's to mess around with (and try to survive) the flying objects. I just added the exit as a sort of secret.
OK...
Have you ever been catapulted out of that small area, through the tiles? (not even breaking them)
Nope...What operating system are you running Gish on? I'm getting the feeling that pistons might work differently on different operating systems.
I made this level on a PC.
Pistons work the same, but there is some difference in the precision of the square root (casting trouble on Windows). But it's not much.
I ran it on the Mac. The stuff moves around wildly, breaking the walls, and the grey circle often ends up in a pacman-like shape for a few frames.
Is this level still available, because the link in the first post doesn't work any more?

I'm wondering the same thing it sounds kool but the link doesn't work.
I don't have it anymore because the disk it was on broke a long time ago.
how do you put the levels on the game? i put it in the levels folder and it doesn't pop up in the game!
are you sure you put it in the level folder, was there a readme.txt file?
