Problems / Not working on ATI Rage Mobility?

When I try and play Pontifex on my Laptop that has ATI Rage Mobility I cant see mouse cursor or any of the menu. I am using DX8 and all new drivers, please help.

Could someone please help me with map pack level 6?
I cant pass it....
Also, seems to be some kind of bug, cause I can make a specfic beam on one side, but cant on other.... both straight... weird....

Anyway, I wanted to know how the #### you got single beam of steel going up under the bridge?
Instead of the normal 2/square shape...
