Gish Support / Gish 1.6 and Steam/Humble Indie Bundle

I bought Gish a while back on Steam, and then again in the recent Humble Indie Bundle, but never directly from Chronic Logic. Is there any way to get access to the 1.6 patch for these versions of the game?
