That's because those are on other planes ('wider' than the bridge itself). Press 'F' once to go to the foremost one.

i am playing complex, difficulty set to hard .. and i have been trying to solve complex level 3 for 4 days not .. no luck . .

any hints ?

um changing the planes allows the anchor to be selected but all other points grey out....

hmmm... you know you can change the editing planes (Z direction) with the R and F keys? You see the anchor points in the air? You need more hints? ;)

That's because you're now in the other plane.
Return to the previous plane using R

for some reason i cant attach anything to the floating anchor....

It's not about this level but it's about changing planes...

By moving to the middle plane you can save a lot of money when you have to go a long distance with steal.
