Earthquake? You get that by finishing normal levels.
Winds? maybe, if done VERY good, it might work, but I don't like it very mouch. sorry.

How about putting in earth quake and high wind functions.  These would really diversify the level editor and put a whole new aspect on bridge design

Interested in hearing anyones ideas/comments...
