no anchor points?

On a few levels in the complex set of levels I don't seem to have any anchor points on either side of the river.  Level 4 was the first level that had none.  Are there supposed to be some?

yes. there are anchors, but they're not in-line with the normal bridge. You have to make sure you're in complex edit more, and use F and R to move forward/backwards into the scene. You'll see them when you get on the same plane
