Brea

Well I was very disappointed when I saw the ending of the game.
It scared me. Especially that picture with Brea crossed out.

Then I decided to play through the game again and try to save Brea. I blasted through the game for the second time and defeated Hera once more. Then I was able to catch Brea's cage using the Stick ability. However the game did not end. So then I figured I needed to set her down, but then I slipped, and once more Brea sank beneath the lava. However,  I saw that same picture and Brea was not crossed out.


So anyway, my question is how do you save Brea properly?

I think you just need to make sure she doesn't fall in the lava for a few seconds after the cage falls down.

Did you watch the replay file? I am pretty sure I held her out of the lava for at least 10 seconds after she dropped.

No, I didn't watch the replay file, as I wasn't on the computer with Gish installed...

Well, if nothing happens even after 10 seconds, I suppose you have to bring the cage a bit to the left... But I can't try it out myself, still on the computer without Gish http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>

I saw the replay. It could have been that you didn't sit Brea on the platform instead of holding her up using sticky. I don't know if that's right or not, it could be. 'Tis a guess http://www.pontifex2.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':cool:'>

I had no problem with the end. I ran up and grabbed the cage and just swung it down to land on the platform - game over.

You have to use a power throw and make the cage go past the little island.
